Our advanced breathing techniques together with our specific preparation program for deep dives will make it feasible for experienced freedivers as well as students who just finished their Freediver Course (or comparable course from other organization) to succesfully complete this course.

The Advanced Freediver Course is divided into 3 classroom lessons and 3 water sessions (1 pool + 2 depth)*. This includes static apnea with breath-holds of over 3 minutes in the pool; which might sound unrealistic to you right now, but with our expert guidance it is absolutely feasible. During our deep diving water sessions you will progressively achieve new depths with knowledge, control, comfort and fun. We will guide you with precise instructions on breathing, relaxation and technique necessary and be by your side at all times.

Upon completion of the Advanced Freediver Course, you will receive your hard-earned certification as well as exclusive lifelong online access to our course materials.
